Salty indoor practices (posted on January 17, 2012)
Salty will begin indoor fitness and skills development sessions on January 18, 2012 at the Stadacona Gym from 9 pm to 11 pm. Practices will run every Wednesday until April. Bring government ID to show at the front gates. All female athletes interested in learning and playing ultimate are welcome! If you have any questions, please email saltyultimate@gmail.com.

Salty Ultimate, Halifax's Women's competitive Touring team, will be hosting tryouts May 4th at St. Mary's University Turf field, and May 8th and Burnside Commons turf fields. All females of the HRM interested in a fun, competitive sports experience this summer are welcome!! please email saltyultimate@gmail.com to request try out form and information.
